Our activity has several steps, each one focusing on a different ability.
- The teams compete, competition increases pressure, excitement and engagement.
- It requires the participants to address fast paced challenges.
- The ‘winning team’ is the one that leverages best the different abilities (‘talent’) and is a metaphor for team superior performance when it does it in the workplace.
While the activity is fun and energetic, there is more than mere laughs: a growing awareness about the benefit of working with persons of different profiles.
