With the Master Chef challenge, each team has to compose a set menu, that will be rated by a panel of judges at the end of the event. The teams will first need to select and “buy” ingredients from a market set up by Teambonding.com.sg, then cook and present their meal.
Here are the team bonding ideas:
- The time limit adds some pressure forcing every team member to contribute.
- The panel of judges (from the company, or from TeamBonding.com.sg) will rate the menu based on agreed criteria that can be a combination of : taste, presentation, collaboration, adherence to menu guideline, creativity,…
- This is very well suite for large groups. The “end of event” meal is another fantastic opportunity to relax and bond.
