5 to 40 pax
The group (if appropriate) is structured into cooking teams of 4 to 6 participants. For the cooking team building challenge, each group will prepare a 3 course meal.
Each team will be given a 3 course meal to prepare. The team will discuss how best they can work together to prepare the dishes. There will be 1.5 hr for the team to complete the cooking. Once the dishes are ready, teams will present the dishes.
The dishes will be judged by the presentation, taste and concept. After the competition, everyone will gather at the dining area for the meal they have prepared.
